Executive, HR (L&D)

  • Manage full coordination for training related activities
  • Coordinate training related activities from registration, grant application, claims, logistic arrangements and evaluation
  • Source and recommend training vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full coordination for training related activities
  • Coordinate training related activities from registration, grant application, claims, logistic arrangements and evaluation
  • Ensure claims and absentee payroll are submitted accurately and promptly
  • Source and recommend training vendors
  • Provide evaluation for training vendors
  • Manage learning calendars and employee participation
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Adhoc tasks and projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • Possess 3 years of relevant working experience in the same function
