Job Description

• As a dedicated recruiter, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to:
• Define/Redefine job requirements
• Understand and provide insight into the role, candidate profiles, interview process
• Craft job advertisements, assessment and other external-facing content
• Identify talented and diverse candidates for open roles from a variety of source channels
• Engage prospective candidates as pipeline for future positions and building The Company's brand
• Access The Company's talent markets to provide meaningful insights to the business
• Generate reports on specific recruitment metrics, as required.
