Job Description:

We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Partnership Director to join us. 


Summary

Develop, execute, and manage local and regional alliance partner strategy with cloud, applications, platforms, systems, storage, networks and security partners, ensuring that NCS is positioned strategically to drive new business opportunities and profitability in Singapore /APAC.


Responsibilities

Strategy 

  • To build a healthy and sustainable partners eco-system through the right and strategic partnership with long term business plan which is aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Responsible for ongoing partnership strategy, relationships and lifecycle managemen
  • Responsible to Scan and scout the technology and business ecosystem for new partners based on NCS strategy


Partner Management 

  • Lead the team to build and manage local partner alliances in the region, such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, Solace, Adobe IBM, ServiceNow,Huawei etc. to ensure NCS partners are appropriately engaged throughout all levels of both organizations.
  • Own drive the Business Plan with Partners for joint growth in including the inception and to drive joint growth initiatives.
  • Drive executive and management cadence for pipeline review, competence development, joint product and services creation conversation with Partners
  • Establish,g row and negotiate partner rebate streams and incentives
  • Manage all partner contracts including on time renewal and negotiations, and as well as internal deviation justifications 
  • Support Partner Audits for partnership programs
  • Manage partner conflicts, ensure compliance, supervise audits by partner for certification qualitifications
  • Drive the NCS practice enablement from partners including formal certifications for NCS personnel.
  • Support Partners with join marketing plans working with NCS marketing/comms including a year program 
  • Plan and drive partner education and capability development for all functions within NCS
  • Promote NCS Line of Business collaboration with Client Services Units through partner enabled solutions/deal


Business Development

  • Drive and initiate joint GTM and account planning activities with partners and Customer Units
  • Developing & driving short and long term business development plan to establish and execute win-win GTM initiatives, such as awareness campaign, demand generation joint event, field programs, channel programs, and leverage the partner’s programs to drive NCS sales
  • Review and approve market development funds, ensuring all partner resources are fully leveraged to ensure maximum business development effectiveness, and fairly distributed among all the business units.
  • Initiating business growth planning session such as account mapping, account planning with partners and sales team, etc.
  • Working with partner on joint profile building exercise, eg: Pre-Release, success story, joint case studies, award announcement, etc.
  • Supporting the sales teams for partner related opportunities 


Regional Support

  • Support partnerships functions (as above) in the region 


The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar information technology-related discipline 
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in partnerships management, business development, program management.
  • Proven leadership and line management skills for a team of up to 8
  • Product knowledge for Cloud, Applications, database technologies, IT Systems,Storage & Network, Software Solutions,Cloud and Cybersecurity, Analytics
  • Comfortable and familiar with Contract Law 
  • Exceptional Written, Communication skills, Presentation Skills
  • B2B Relationship Management skills
