Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement
- Accurate and timely calculation for Sales Commission and Promoter Incentives for Staff
- Execution monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions such as CPF, other claims and statutory reports
- Administer MOM work pass applications/renewals and related matters
- Involved in HR manpower budget planning and in annual appraisal process
- Preparation of monthly HR reports Management review
- Implement and execute all HR policies to ensure compliance and relevance
- Serve as advisor on local manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance
- Assist in the constant review and improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Organize & coordinate all corporate events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related function
- Comes with more than 4 years of relevant experience from a similar capacity
- Advantageous for candidates with exposure in the industry
