HR Officer
Adecco is partnering with an automobile company for a HR Officer role. This is a full-time and permanent position.
Responsibilities
- General admin support to HR
- Coordinate recruitment i.e. post job ads, application screening, interview arrangement
- Conduct orientation and exit interviews
- Maintain HR data and filing system
- Check and update attendance records
- Process work pass matters and NS make up claims
- Process overtime, expenses and uniform claims
- Process insurance claims
- Prepare HR letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Manpower Requisition, etc)
- Assist payroll by calculating OT, incentives and commissions
- Handle training grants and courses
- Coordinate with insurer on insurance matters
- Assist to prepare COE bidding lists
- Assist monthly payslips
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HRM or Office Admin
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Fresh graduates and those without experience are also welcomed to apply
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable to work overtime if necessary
- Comfortable to work on alternate Saturdays (half-day)
