The Company
Our client is a public listed company in the engineering and logistic industries. They are currently looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join their team.
The Role
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Oversee the dormitory on the premises
Your Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in of experience in the HR generalist field
- Experience in payroll of 100 staff is a must
- Candidate should possess good communication skills and willing to work independently as well as with a team.
- Able to understand Mandarin to liaise with the dormitory workers on the premises
