About the job
They are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to provide the full spectrum of business support to the organisation. Your job responsibilities include maintaining the smooth functioning of office operations, collating invoices for approval, preparing payment for local supplier’s invoices, consolidating travel request forms and invoices and assisting with IT support requests such as setting up of video conferencing tools and conducting monthly software updates for office computers. You will also be required to assist in HR functions, such as the onboarding of new employees, application and renewal of work passes, processing of employees insurance claims and leave administration.
About the manager/team
You will be working independently and report directly to the HR cum office manager.
Skills and experience required
The incumbent should come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the administrative/ human Resource department and be tech savvy. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also possess heightened sensibility to maintain confidentiality and exhibit great willingness to learn and explore new skills.
