My client is an established MNC with global footprints within the logistics industry and they are seeking a L&D Executive to join the team.

about the job

As an L&D Executive, you will be involved in Training Needs Analysis with internal stakeholders, coordinate training activities - from registration of courses, updating training records, apply and lookout for fundings, conduct post-training evaluations or surveys to analysing data for training effectiveness. You will also be assisting in keeping up with upcoming e-learning courses, programmes or technologies and propose them as required. You will be responsible for drafting internal L&D or HR-related newsletters/ EDMs.

You will participate in the Management Associate Programme from planning to execution. You will be in charge of connecting with WSG and other higher learning organisations on scholarship and program sponsorship as well. Other ad hoc duties will be assigned accordingly.

skills and experience required

You should come with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with some prior experience in L&D related activities and should have minimally a diploma in Business Studies/ HR related course. You should be equipped with basic to intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). You should have strong verbal and written communication skills. To excel in this role, you should come with good organization and time management skills.
