Responsibilities
- Drive, review, design and implement all HR governance policies and strategies such as the Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Framework, and Grievance Policy across the organization and various institutes.
- Supervise the development and implementation of training programmes that promote awareness and understanding governance amongst Heads of Department, Reporting Officers and staff in the organization.
- Oversee development of clear systems and processes for matters relating to HR governance.
- Implement and enforce the HR governance frameworks.
- Lead the conduct of investigations, report findings and recommendations.
- Nurture, and plan the training and development opportunities for staff to expand both their capacity and capability.
Requirements
- At least a Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field of study.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
