Job Description

As Assistant Manager in the NUHS Medical Manpower Office, you will work closely with the Group Directors, NUHS Centre of Excellence and institutional Human Resources in the manpower planning and resourcing, performance management, and talent retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR subject matter expert to NUHS clinicians.
  • Manage the resourcing process and ensure the efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding of NUHS clinicians.
  • Work closely with Group Shared Service (GSS) team on the billings of manpower related cost.
  • Assist in the Cluster performance management and contribute towards a smooth and professionally-conducted annual Total Performance Management exercise.
  • Manage the annual Practising Certificate and medical malpractice insurance renewal exercise for NUHS clinicians.
  • Be the central point of contact for the audit.
  • Act as a Secretariat to NUHS Medical Manpower Office internal meetings.
  • Assist in Human Resource projects assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR working experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
