about the job
You will be responsible for the implementation of the organization L&D strategies in all APAC offices by designing and delivering both virtual and stand up training programs. Being a specialist in the L&D space, you will partner with all your business stakeholders to enhance learning needs and plan the programs for all the business units within the organization. You will also engage with your TM team to develop learning roadmaps for succession planning within the various businesses across APAC.
Being the APAC HQ, you will also align local office programs with all the team under your mandate and across all corporate level of employees. Partnering closely with all the regions in SEA, you will design, present and drive regional webinars alongside succession planning development programs to set your employees up for success.
As the L&D Assistant Manager in the SG office, you will collaborate with the internal and external partners to streamline and improve L&D processes to obtain desire outcome in achieving efficiency when delivering L&D programs:
- Select and liaise with internal and external presenters
- Cross divisional collaborate with internal shared service function; streamline and reduce administrative work to achieve operational efficiency; develop and maintain a robust tracking system on attendance, development outcome, compliant with group’s initiatives etc.

Leading a junior L&D assistant in the SG office, you will remote report to the APAC L&D Director in the APAC HQ.
skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrates at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity. You will be someone with excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with high level corporate employees across different demographic background. Proven track record in performing and delivering stand up trainings will be a mandate for this role. You will possess strong presentation skills with excellent communication skills. Industry experience within the professional services/financial services industry is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also be someone who is passionate in L&D with the determination to set others up for success.
