Hi, we're looking for a CRM Operations Analyst for a MNC global corporation.

This role is responsible for contributing to development and execution of CRM strategy for digital campaigns. With the direction of the Regional Marketing & the Regional CRM Lead, the candidate will define and implement CRM programs towards the aim of achieving KPIs. The candidate will work on several projects at a time across multiple markets in Asia Pacific and will be involved in all phases. The candidate should be data-driven and be able to utilize analytics to power their CRM strategy.

A successful candidate should be able to work cross-functionally with the Marketing team by providing data-driven advice on digital campaigns including paid media and email campaigns, as well as the UI/UX team by suggesting website improvements which may impact customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Job Description

  • Project Management
  • Lead the Omni channel agenda for the SEA geography by delivering Omni CRM projects across the geo
  • Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery in all the CRM projects launched in SEA
  • CRM Program Management
  • Own and deliver the program KPIs for all SEA markets
  • Accountable for member revenue growth & customer lifetime value targets for SEA markets
  • Interact with external agencies in other markets (as needed) for support in creation of digital assets
  • Uses smart segmentation techniques to improve metrics of digital campaigns
  • Hands-on creation of customer journeys and campaigns in a CRM tool
  • Provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders based on analytics

The Talent:

  • Bachelor's or a Master's degree, preferably in Marketing
  • 4-6 years of experience in agency/in-house environment
  • At least two years' experience in running CRM operations.
  • Extremely analytical with hands on data analysis experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under high pressure while handling multiple projects. Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong writing/editing skills, excellent grammar, and accurate proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics
  • Digital/Ecommerce experience mandatory
  • Proven teamwork skills, flexibility
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive
