about the job

• Heading up the experienced digital marketing team to develop business’s online to offline presence.
• Conceptualise and drive the digital marketing vision & plan, to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead by example and mentor the high growth and performing team.
• Be the bridge within the highly matrix and complex marketing team.
• Be the business partner with all aspects of the organisation to design engaging consumer journeys.
• Partner with various parties in the planning, operationalization, and execution of new digital capabilities to advance the online experience.
• Build and execute effective Marketing plans that serve both brand & business objectives.
• Support in identifying and onboarding new opportunities within the business digital portfolio.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any other equivalent field
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in brand marketing and digital marketing.
• Exposure to a reputable consumer business is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to mentor the team and manage stakeholders
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
