Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager (Communications and Marketing) will be responsible for crafting and curating learning journeys at OTH, catering to the vast and differing needs of all visitors (local & foreign), depending on their preferred areas of focus during their visit. You will work specifically on generating and curating all communication material required to complement / enhance / further elaborate on the learning journeys hosted for all guests at OTH, depending on the requirements listed by each group of guests.
You will liaise with Stakeholders in crafting and producing communication material to enhance visitors’ knowledge of their presence and offerings within OTH and promote the Unique Selling Propositions that OTH possesses to both community and corporate partners so as to attract more partners and clients in using the facilities available at OTH for upcoming events and programmes.
In addition, the Senior Manager will also work with the OTH management team in further developing and enhancing communication platforms and channels to promote OTH events / programme offerings as well as branding exercises to position OTH as Hub of Choice amongst all integrated concepts available in Singapore.
The Senior Manager will also be responsible for curating and developing marketing collaterals, as well as assisting the Marketing Communications team in administrative and procurement related responsibilities in full compliance of government regulatory guidelines and policies.
This role will also entail strong traffic management skills and/or experience in managing daily artwork and creative request management, as well as handling and assisting to respond to online public-facing queries and requests.
Requirements:
- 8 years relevant experience in a large organisation, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written and proficient in a second language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil)
- Willing to work on weekday evenings and weekends.
