Admin Assistant
Adecco is partnering with a reputable law firm for an admin assistant. This is a full-time and permanent opportunity located in Orchard Road.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin and office support
- Answer and direct phone calls, scheduling meetings and attend to visitors
- Carry out admin duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assist Business Development manager to schedule appointments with clients
- Support sales team for admin tasks
- Data entry on company portal
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any specialization
- 1-2 years of experience in admin or PA duties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-tasker, able to work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision
