The Senior Executive Assistant will be providing administrative support to the team in the implementation of GPFirst strategies and programmes under Primary Care Partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support under the GPFirst programme, including programme planning,
• Assist Emergency Departments with the implementation of GPFirst workflows,
• Involve in GP engagement, including provide training and education to GPFirst partners;
• Support the team in planning and publicise training materials for GPs; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma (Preferably in Health or Social related)
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Strong organisational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
