Responsibilities:
- Work with the Company's Partnerships team to support the growth of their portfolios through its third distribution channel and existing partners.
- First point of contact to ensure high engagement and interaction with partners and manage their enquiries.
- Provide product and sales training for existing and new clients.
- Work with Marketing team to identify tactical campaign opportunities and to brief partners on the Company's marketing campaigns.
- Setup and change management for any partner IT requests / changes including UAT coordination with FIN and IT.
- Creation and communication of external partner reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Identify areas for revenue growth within existing partnerships through creation and execution of strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth in line with the Company's overall strategy.
- Assess incoming opportunities and qualify whether prospective partners align with the Company's strategic growth plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience with 3 years of experience in insurance industry or any similar industry.
- God understanding of industry practices and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of motor insurance is good to have.
- Experience with GIA and working with insurance agents.
- Hands on experience on product training and has worked with similar industry.
