The Company
Our client is a well-established MNC in the real estate industry. They are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their dynamic team on a 3 months contract basis.
The Role
- Assist in the implementation of policies
- Review salary proposals, benefits benchmarking
- Review and prepare costs analyses and market salary surveys
- Manage the compensation package for each submission
- Give recommendations on the packages
- Assess market relevant compensation
- Support and advise on salary and benefits policies
- Partner with the HR Business Partners to engage various stakeholders and give explanation to support the proposed compensation package.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/Generalist in a MNC environment. You must have hands on experience in using MS outlook, Gcal, Gmail, Gdocs, Workday and come across as a tech savvy person. Candidates from the technology industry are highly preferred. Strong communication and written skills and good knowledge of the legislation in different regions are required for this role.
