Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities, both SAP and accounting package to HQ for consolidation
• Liaise with outsourcing accounting firm for overseas book and to integrate into SAP for month end closing
• Ensure compliance with internal control, accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation and related schedules
• Responsible for quarterly GST and WHT preparation/submission
• To assist in year-end audit and annual tax submission
• Support the Finance Manager on market operating or financial issues
• Perform any other ah-hoc duties assign by Finance Manager
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of consolidated Business units and management reports to Finance Manager
• To assist in financial performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Min degree in Finance or Accountancy
• At least three years' accounting(GL in particular) and financial experience, among which with the experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task with independence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exhibits sound Judgement, maturity and credibility
• Good analytical skills, strong self-initiatives and team player
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
