About the job

As a Service Coordinator, you will be expected to contribute to the efficient operation of the business by fulfilling commercial requirements and coordinating backend service activities as required. Your job responsibilities would include attending to customer enquiries through the customer service hotline, notifying the IT department for discrepancies in data, generating service job order in the SAP system, coordinating the dispatchment of field service personnels and providing assistant in administrative tasks such as the preparation of service contract proposals, verification of purchase order and submission of invoices. Additionally, you will also be required to create service rosters for preventive maintenance jobs and fulfill commercial requirements of the finance department.

About the manager/team

This position sits within the Service Department and reports directly to the Senior Service Manager of Singapore. You will be working closely with the field service team in the management of service accounts.

Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised and possess high levels of administrative capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive initiatives and enhance the efficiency of internal business processes. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, resourceful and able to work well both in a team and independently. Prior knowledge in using the SAP system will be advantageous.
