Executive/Senior Executive, Marketing – Contact Centre
- Responsible for incoming enquiries
- Assist in answering incoming calls via phone system and replying emails
- Assist to launch cold calls. Conducts research, identify contact, compile & extract data from the web and other sources

- Sourcing for Tradeshow/ Roadshow
- Daily housekeeping of the mailbox
- Data-Entry of information to daily incoming call log
- Preparation of weekly and monthly report of work carried out
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/ marketing function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Knowledge of formulas/ pivot table is a plus)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
