Job Description
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing relationships with Lazada's Key Accounts
• Driving sales, service quality and operational excellence for your portfolio of sellers under Health & Beauty
• Managing promotions, pricing competitiveness, deal negotiation, assortment and stock availability of key products offered by the sellers
• Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category campaigns to boost revenue
• Analyse category performance and develop new initiatives to accelerate business growth
• Conduct regular business review with sellers to identify opportunity of growth, while sharing best practices and tool adoption
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• 3-6 years of retail experience in Singapore – buying or account management in retail or health & beauty category would be advantageous
• Bachelor degree from a leading university
• Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presentation skills
