Guest Relations Ambassador
- Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests
- Make and confirm reservations for room and meeting rooms.
- Arrange for guest transport, and meals according to dietary requirement,
- Provide general support to Reception, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Department

- Attend to internal and external calls, enquiries via emails and phone on a timely basis
- Handle petty cash reimbursements
- Manage guests’ accounts and information, and room availability in the system.
- Receive and convey messages to guests promptly.
- Handle goods delivery for guest, appointment and meeting room requirement.
- Handle and record guests’ feedback and complaints and refer issues to supervisor or other relevant departments.
- Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry
- Willing to wear PPE kit while on duties
- Able to work rotating shift, inclusive of overnight shift
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
