about the job
You will work alongside your team to drive and roll out L&D programs and Global Talent practices across Asia, with specific focus on Japan and/or Korea. You will draw on your experience, facilitating world-class learning programs to bring innovative learning experiences to the organization. You will be a leader who has a passion for learning and has had success delivering learning programs to a wide range of emerging talent and executive leadership;
- Assisting in the launching and delivery of Global L&D programs by adapting delivery and facilitation to the local audience.
- Understand and articulate the learning needs of teammates in the shared service learning hub.
- Facilitate L&D events, workshops and experiences incl. (but not limited to) onboarding, core and on-demand learning, career, upskilling etc.
- Effectively extend learning beyond the classroom through innovative techniques to further embed learning.
- Monitor usage and outcomes to continually improve the learner experience and outcomes
- Execute Global D&I initiatives by adapting/developing content, enabling best practices by tailoring it in a locally relevant and meaningful way.
- Support in executing HiPo talent programs
skills and experience required
You will be Diploma/Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of similar experience in a L&D capacity. Being able to think out of the box, independent and resourceful is a definite good to have to fit into the culture and the value proposition of the organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders of different levels is definite must in this role. Due to the market coverage, native Koreans are welcome to apply. The ability to read and write in the mentioned language is a mandatory requirement for this role.
