Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare course materials, brainstorm on ideas to ensure engagement and effectiveness of the training sessions
- Conduct service training on weekly basis to various groups of stakeholder
- Continuous improvement of course content align with the organization’s culture and initiatives
Requirements:
- General degree from a recognised institution with min 8 years of experience in service training or coaching work.
- Owns Trainer/Facilitator/Coach certification (e.g. ACTA certified with strong track records in facilitating service training for diverse abilities learners) is advantageous
- Min. 5 years of experience in Coaching/Training of service personnel with diverse abilities
- Has strong facilitation/coaching and interpersonal skills to manage learners from diverse backgrounds
