Our Client is in the healthcare industry looking for experience Training Executive to oversee the administration of the training and development programmes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the training and development programmes
  • Plan and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a successful programme completion
  • Ensure completion of trainings for all the staffs and perform tracking for training completion status
  • Support in designing the training collaterals
  • Co-develop service culture communication resources
  • Facilitate team conversations, focus group discussions and department engagement sessions in partnership with Manager

 

Requirements:

  • General degree from a recognised institution with min. 5 years of experience in event management or project administration.
  • Meticulous and methodical, with good time management
  • Strong problem solving and administration skills.
  • Has small group facilitation or team engagement skills
