Our Client is in the healthcare industry looking for experience Training Executive to oversee the administration of the training and development programmes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the training and development programmes
- Plan and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a successful programme completion
- Ensure completion of trainings for all the staffs and perform tracking for training completion status
- Support in designing the training collaterals
- Co-develop service culture communication resources
- Facilitate team conversations, focus group discussions and department engagement sessions in partnership with Manager
Requirements:
- General degree from a recognised institution with min. 5 years of experience in event management or project administration.
- Meticulous and methodical, with good time management
- Strong problem solving and administration skills.
- Has small group facilitation or team engagement skills
