Job Responsibilities
- Preparing of purchase order, quotation and shipping documents
- Coordinator with Import & Export countries for shipment arrangement
- Handling monthly account closing
- Issue Debit / Credit Note
- Liaise and handle issue arise to ensure payment received from vendors on time
- Review and finding ways to improve operation process
Job Requirements
- A level or Diploma Qualifications in business or related fields
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good attitude, positive thinking towards changes to improve operation efficiency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
