Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing of purchase order, quotation and shipping documents
  • Coordinator with Import & Export countries for shipment arrangement
  • Handling monthly account closing
  • Issue Debit / Credit Note
  • Liaise and handle issue arise to ensure payment received from vendors on time
  • Review and finding ways to improve operation process

 

Job Requirements

  • A level or Diploma Qualifications in business or related fields
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good attitude, positive thinking towards changes to improve operation efficiency
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
