The company employs over 6000 people around the world. The Singapore office is very beautifully and tastefully decorated with top quality office supplies and pantry items for staff. In return, all staff adhere to a strict business code of conduct and the Office Manager also has to abide by professional dress codes set by the organisation.

about the job

Your primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring high levels of excellence in the daily operations. Scope includes facilities management and upkeep, administrative and travel support in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for a few Directors
  • Invoice Processing
  • Office Upkeep
  • Travel Coordination for a few Directors once business travels are allowed again
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Events planning and coordination
  • Maintenance of documents
  • Covering the staff cafe on an ad-hoc basis and being trained by the professional Barista in coffee-making

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Operations Manager and there is a small team of 4 other Admin and Executive Assistants within the organisation.

skills and requirements for the job

You should possess a tertiary qualification and come with minimum 3 years of administrative or secretarial support experience, ideally within financial services or any other fast-paced MNCs. Candidates who were ex-cabin crew and now keen to forge a corporate career are also welcome to apply. The ideal incumbent should be switched-on, dynamic and self-motivated, a solid team player and willing to learn.
