Salary S$4000 - S$6000 per month
- Perform full spectrum of personal, secretarial, and business support to Directors and ensure that they make effective use of their time
- Perform administrative duties such as travel, accommodation, itineraries, meal arrangements, expense claims, medical claims, documentation (i.e., presentations, reports, briefs, meeting minutes, etc.) etc.
- Develop action plan to accommodate the unforeseen schedule or meeting changes and follow through after reviewing the situation with the Directors.
- Responsible for all general office management including inventory of office supplies, management of office filing systems, meeting room bookings, pantry supplies, phone line, greeting guests (if any), administrative expenses, arrangements for office repairs (including equipment and appliances), tidiness, and maintenance.
- Maintains and stays relevant with all legal mandates and HR practices as it relates to aspects of HR Functional Areas: Recruitment, Performance Review, Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement and Talent Development, etc.
- Attend to all online enquiries on our websites and other online portal (if any)
- Maintain relationships with internal and external vendors/personnel
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Able to be on standby / after work if necessary
- Pro-active and is able to communicate well with C-Suite levels stakeholders
- Able to commerce at short-notice
