About the job

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be expected to perform the full spectrum of secretariat and business support to C-suite management. The role will require you to compose and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, including company newsletter, company announcement, speeches, e-mails, etc on behalf of the management team, collaborate and liaise with various business/operation units to meet corporate and customer needs, perform end-to-end meeting and event management activities such as management meeting and staff conference, prepare and consolidate presentation slides and talking points for management team, manage the calendar by setting up meetings and appointments and organizing agenda and attendance list, take meeting minutes and outline action items for dissemination and follow-up, support Corporate Social Responsibility function such as organizing fundraising drive, local and overseas volunteer activities, etc. as well as perform administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements, personal claims, documentation etc.

About the manager/team

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and works closely with various business/operation units to meet corporate and customer needs. You will have two receptionists reporting to you. As such, you should be comfortable with collaboration and the delegation of duties and be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting.

Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be a Bachelor Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to C-Level Executives. To succeed in this role, you must possess good business acumen and high inductive reasoning aptitude to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful, independent and be able to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines.
