We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with 8+ years of working experience and minimum 3 years as Agile Coach /Organization Change Manager/ Scrum Master. The Agile coach should be proficient in coaching the organization executives, functional managers, and business and technology delivery teams and lead the enterprise agile transformation journey.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring successful adoption and implementation of the Agile values, principles & practices
  • Overall responsibility for the agile transformation program ensuring delivery as per the defined scope, quality and timelines
  • Works closely with the clients to ensure the agile transformation program meets expectations
  • Discuss , finalize agile transformation roadmap, plan and periodic monitoring control
  • Develop Agile Adoption Strategy, from the introduction of Agile to fostering teams and cultures sustaining Agile methodologies
  • Lead the as-is agile maturity assessment, define target operating model (TOM), organization design and solution development phases/activities and make presentations to client stakeholders
  • Provides guidance and direction to agile transformation teams, SMEs, delivery teams
  • Defining Change Management plan
  • Define communication strategy and approaches and ensure execution of the same throughout the agile transformation
  • Timely impact identification due to changes from agile transformation and ensure proper remediation plans to prevent any risks pertaining to the changes
  • Conducting Stakeholder interviews to understand As Is Processes, tools, environments
  • Ensure adherence of activities and tasks as per the defined agile transformation roadmap/plan and periodic reporting
  • Conduct design and Solutioning workshops with CxOs, functional teams, IT solution delivery teams
  • Define/refine agile playbooks, and harmonization across the organization
  • Provide the tools recommendations (as-is tools, new tools) to agile transformation team
  • Measure the agile adoption maturity, delivery performance, squads velocity through tools and generation meaningful management reporting
  • Conduct Agile coaching sessions with teams and stakeholders on Agile Practices (Scrum, Lean, and Kanban) to improve their Agile thinking and Scrum processes
  • Monitor the improvement of productivity and quality in team measures
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials, and content


Skills and Experience

  • Graduate Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT solution delivery/ consulting organization with at least 3 years as an Enterprise Agile Coach / Scrum Master knowledge and experience in product / industry's trends, best practices and technologies
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Discipline Agile, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) and Agile Program Governance
  • Client Facing Role: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills. 3-5+ years of experience in Experience in Strategic planning and leading conversations with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
  • Process Improvements: Establishing & Streamlining SDLC Processes to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Experience in developing & providing classroom-based training and/or hands-on team coaching in Agile and Scrum with exposure to large organizational transformations
  • Ability to lead, or facilitate discussions on agile best practices, workflows, and scaled agile tool usage (JIRA Agile, Confluence, Clarity Agile, etc)
  • Team player with strong organization and people handling skills
  • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
  • Expert relationship management skills: ability to communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups through internal consultation & facilitation
  • Good knowledge of CX, Jira, DevOps, Workflow and Pipeline
  • Professional certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are preferred.
