Our prestigious client is a market leading MNC.

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer (Office 365) to join their established tech team.

This is a permanent position in an end-user environment.


about the job

In this role, you will be supporting O365 services and to ensure service support processes are in order.

  • Implement and support Office 365 and related technologies:
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, One Drive for Business, and Office Pro Plus
  • Provide Level-2 support to users through Service Desk and play a key role in resolving Office 365 related incidents
  • Office 365 administration and providing end user training
  • Work with the IT teammates to work on IT projects and ensure projects are on track
  • Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed Lead user training sessions
  • Assist to develop the IT team and improving existing policies


This is a permanent position with regular working hours.


skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 3-5 years experience in hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in implementing Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange online
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (L2 support) and project implementation skills
  • Working knowledge in General IT Support, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Office 365, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform, Helpdesk System, TeamViewer is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
