Requirements
Programme Champion
-Design, develop and implement key long-term talent, learning and leadership strategies across our business and regions, and ensure they support organisational, functional, and personal development goals
-Develop in-house training courses, and secure external partners and industry practitioners to cater to training needs where appropriate
-Review and maintain oversight of our annual people development processes and training plans, maximising participation in key programmes
Talent Development partner
-Work closely with business and HR leaders, both locally and regionally, to identify needs and gaps in leadership roles, diversity, talent bench strength, and other strategic talent segments
-Develop and implement sustainable talent growth programmes, including internships
-Refine and implement the performance appraisal process
-Monitor and analyse the impact of learning programmes for continuous improvement
Culture builder
-Foster an environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development, including through e-platforms that encourage active participation in local, regional, and Lazada group-related initiatives.
-Consider the impact of cultural differences and diversity in planning, and make provisions for local learning needs and materials
-Build the Lazada spirit through employee engagement programmes, communication platforms, and events
Insight-led strategist
-Conduct data-driven analysis to identify, diagnose and monitor talent trends, gaps and opportunities across business units and markets
-Create or adapt talent analytics tools that support advanced insights and planning
-Translate technological or data solutions into recommendations for the business
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, economics or a related field
-At least 6 years of experience in human resource management, ideally in a multinational or technology company, with experience in designing, developing and delivering learning and development materials and programmes, both online and offline; e-commerce experience an advantage
-Excellent training and facilitating skills
-Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders
-Self-motivated, highly-adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment; a natural leader who is both curious and creative
-Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Excellent planning and organisational skills
-Good computer literacy
-Occasional travel may be required
