The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.In your new role you will:

  • Manage the Supply Chain of materials from Assembly to Test Loading, ensuring optimal inventories level and excellent delivery performance to meet customer expectations
  • Work with internal stakeholders on customers' demand plan
  • Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve potential issues timely and effectively
  • Ensure inventories at the subcontractors are at an optimal level and in alignment with the internal system
  • Drive improvements in cycle time proactively
  • Participate in Business Review with subcontractors, preparing key performance indices for the periodic evaluation
  • Lead cross functional supply chain projects and drive sustainable & transparent workflow

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering / Purchasing / Quality / Logistics
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • Possess in-depth know-how on planning processes, tool and reporting landscape
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with strong ability to converse with executive management level
  • Able to attend to subcontractors' request within short notice
  • Travel may be required
