The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.In your new role you will:

  • Lead & drive backend OSAT Planning Process Integration project rollout as defined timeline
  • Lead project meeting and engagements with Subcontractor business counterpart
  • Ensure process harmonization and readiness at Subcontractor prior rollout
  • Business coordination in testing & perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Establish process documentation and conduct user training

Furthermore, your structured working style helps you to follow the big picture and contribute to the business success of the organization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline with more than 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • Ability to drive projects and implementation through cross-functional team
  • Exposure to Backend Supply Chain Planning project is highly advantageous
  • Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office software
