Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Marketing (Postpaid)
Job Responsibilities
- Help analyse Segment ARPU and Revenue data from different customer cohorts including Sales, Churn, In-base customer movements
- Assist in developing insights and suggest recommendations to increase Revenue and ARPU of existing base
- Create revenue enhancement propositions to be use by segment team to target segment cohorts
- Work towards introduction of new services expanding customer usage and subscription revenue
- Analyse campaign performance against KPIs and seek out insights to support decision making to Scale, Pivot or Stop campaigns
- Work closely with Data Science and Reporting team to create data/propensity models
- Build dashboards for Revenue and ARPU reporting
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Gross Revenue target achievement as per AOP
- Incremental ARPU target as per AOP
- New Revenue target as per business plan
Job Requirements
- Degree graduates in Business, IT, Marketing or Accountancy with interest in driving commercials
- Analytical and creative
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Analysis, Customer Lifecycle Management, or Product / Segment Marketing
- Experience working in marketing technologies and telco an advantage
- Knowledge of Tableau, Simple Coding / Scripting would be a plus
