Marketing/Sales Executive, Digital and eCommerce
- Actively manage e-stores and other online asset
- Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of digital brand and marketing campaigns
- Actively optimize campaigns based on analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance
- Create compelling content to create awareness, interest and drive leads
- Support other marketing activities as required
- Take charge of online marketing strategies, implementation and follow-through the projects including on-going analysis of the online traffics and conversions.
- Manage and implement company social media strategy via multiple platforms such as blogs, twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and other online communities.
- Take charge of correspondence with our online communities in a timely and positive manner.
- Create and maintain regular schedule of email marketing campaigns.
- Keep company social media properties engaging with updated and original content.
- End-to-end campaign management; from creative development, prize sourcing, tech development, and campaign analyzing.
- Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimize performance of existing social media properties.
- Stay current with social media trends and tools, monitoring the competition.
- Collaborate closely with the team on customer service, products to enhance overall customer experience
- Monitor competitors’ prices and provide timely update when required
- Responsible for creating marketing materials, website update for online web store.
- Analyzing and investigating price demand and competition - cloud hosting services, computer software.
For Marketing/Sales Executive, Digital and eCommerce position, applicants should possess:
- Min. Diploma in Marketing / Communication or equivalent.
- Min. 2-3 years of social media / public relations / communications experience.
- Experience in online marketing and online/offline media planning and buying.
- Experience in supporting various campaigns and multiple account management, including measuring and reporting results and insights to the various social platforms.
- Good in copy writing & photography would be an added advantage.
- Experience in photo editing software is essential.
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual whom can think on their feet and is open to new challenges
- Team player who can work with different departments and stakeholders
- Adaptable and able to implement and deal with process changes
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both external customers and co-workers
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Experience with E-commerce operations will be an added advantage
- Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Photoshop knowledge a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML and Web Content Management System an added advantage
