We need highly persuasive yet tactful individuals to fit the role of a telemarketer at UCloud Asia.
Job Scope
- Perform cold calling to the customer.
- Arrange sales appointment for sale team to meet up with new customer
- Cold Calling businesses in Singapore to explain the various managed business services and products UCloud Asia can offer
- Asking potential lead the right questions to properly understand their business needs and their suitability for our services
- Answering questions from potential customers about our products and our company
- Assessing the potential borrower’s interest in UCloud Asia managed IT Services, and then communicating this with our Sales team
- Collecting qualitative and quantitative information on customers
Qualities we look for:
- Experience as a telemarketer is preferred
- Strong drive to achieve results, strong problem-solving skills
- Confident, street-smart person with good common sense
- Polite yet strongly persuasive skills
- High emotional intelligence and genuine desire to understand customers’ needs
- Strong communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Integrity and professional work ethic
- Motivated to push one’s limits
