Working as a telemarketer for UCloud Asia would mean being an important vein to generating new leads for our business. We need highly persuasive yet tactful individuals to fit the role of a telemarketer at UCloud Asia.

Job Scope

  • Perform cold calling to the customer.
  • ​Arrange sales appointment for sale team to meet up with new customer
  • Cold Calling businesses in Singapore to explain the various managed business services and products UCloud Asia can offer
  • Asking potential lead the right questions to properly understand their business needs and their suitability for our services
  • Answering questions from potential customers about our products and our company
  • Assessing the potential borrower’s interest in UCloud Asia managed IT Services, and then communicating this with our Sales team
  • Collecting qualitative and quantitative information on customers

Qualities we look for:

  • Experience as a telemarketer is preferred
  • Strong drive to achieve results, strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident, street-smart person with good common sense
  • Polite yet strongly persuasive skills
  • High emotional intelligence and genuine desire to understand customers’ needs
  • Strong communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • Integrity and professional work ethic
  • Motivated to push one’s limits
  • Belief in the mission - to revolutionise SME's digital transformation in Southeast Asia
