Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customer’s queries, appointments and referral of services are answered professionally.
- Follow-up with difficult customer calls, complaints and manages service recovery.
- Feedback customer’s comments or requests to Supervisor for service or process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Possess min GCE O levels
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in FMCG or Food industry
- Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette
