Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customer’s queries, appointments and referral of services are answered professionally.
  • Follow-up with difficult customer calls, complaints and manages service recovery.
  • Feedback customer’s comments or requests to Supervisor for service or process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess min GCE O levels
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in FMCG or Food industry
  • Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette



  • Location: West
  • Singaporean only
