RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision daily activities of customer service and operation support team.
- Ensure customer enquiries/ needs are reviewed such that the Company can meet the requirements.
- Ensure appropriate resolution of customer complaints that all actions are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
- Resolving daily operational problems encountered by subordinates.
- Identify and initiate actions to prevent functional process and quality; provide solutions to functional problems encountered by subordinates.
- Deliver continuous improvement in supplier delivery, quality, and cost.
- Ensure accuracy of data in system including location, quantity on-hand, value etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma holder and above.
- At least 3-5 years working experiences in customer service
- Experience in online business customer service to Korean market is a plus
- B2B Customer Service Experience is mandatory
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good personality, positive attitude and excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy while dealing with complex issues.
- Reacts well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Korean speaking is a mandatory (Need to liaise with Korean speaking counterparts and clients)
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Working Location: Central
- Good progression and bonus.
- 5 days workweek
- Basic up to S$4K (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
