My Client is a leading quality food provider in Asia's region, with presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Macau, and Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound and inbound customer care calls and upsell products with B2B and B2C clients
- Pitch, negotiate and bring new clients onboard the company
- Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems
- Work with different departments to help resolve any issues merchants are facing with placing their orders
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management
Job Requirement:
- Min. NiTEC / Diploma & above
- Min. 1-2 years of Telesales experience preferred
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
- Driven and organised with high attention to detail
Additional information:
- (5.5 days work) Mon-Sat: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Location: Clementi/ Jurong East MRT
