About the job

They are in search of a Personal Assistant to provide the full spectrum of personal, secretarial and business support to the directors of the organisation. Your job responsibilities include performing administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements, personal claims and documentation, developing actions plans to accommodate unforeseen situations, receiving high profile guests, assuming the first point of contact for the directors and attending to the Director’s personal matters as required.

Additonaly, the role will require you to act as a bridge for smooth communications, handle general office management, identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in HR functions.


About the manager/team

This position reports to the Managing Director and Medical Director of the company. You will be required to work closely with various business/operation units to meet corporate needs. As such, you should be comfortable with collaboration and be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting. Do not that you might be required to travel abroad for business purposes.


Skills and experience required

The incumbent should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of relevant experience in supporting Senior Business Executives. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also be independent, proactive, possess great attention to details and a willingness to learn and explore new skills.
