Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment, including direct sourcing and other recruitment channel coordination.
  • Screen and qualify applications from both passive and active avenues.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Ensure business alignment, examines workforce plans, understanding of the labor markets, and global considerations.
  • Following up on the interview, contracting and onboarding processes status.
  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate all recruitment related activities.
  • Handle ad hoc events such as career fairs and recruitment drives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment related experience in IT services or in Banking/Financial Industry
  • Hands on experience with various recruitment processes
  • Ability to organize/improve skills assessment centers.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills
