Adecco is partnering with a renowned and growing firm that is located in the Central region of Singapore, and they are looking for a HR Generalist to join their family!
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional HR Director in the management of all HR activities within APAC.
- Main point of contact for the region's employment laws and keeping up to date with all relevant policies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, including internal transfer processes and end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Manage employees' queries relating to benefits and health claims in the APAC region.
- Coach managers as needed to facilitate discussions around the professional development of staff and building a high performance culture, focusing on talent management, employee development, retention and performance management.
- Manage employee relation issues such as discipline, grievances, performance and capability, appeals, change and absence management in a timely and fair manner.
- Implement the rollout of global people and reward initiatives in APAC including corporate learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Provide ready advice and suggestions in a wide range of situations including, but not limited to: employee relations, recruitment, training and development, international assignments and reward. .
- Contribute to the standardisation of global employment terms and conditions, HR policies and practices.
Requirements
- IHRP/CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR generalist
- Experience in supporting leaders and collaborating in an international and complex business, working across cultures and building and maintaining relationships virtually.
- Regional HR experience covering APAC countries besides Singapore.
- A team player who is willing to challenge the status quo and be hands on.
- Resourceful and adept at problem solving
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
