As a Production Admin Assistant, you will be supporting the team in overseeing operations, preparing and issuing purchase orders, administrative duties.
Our client is a leading ingredients manufacturer in the food industry. With steady growth the past few years, there is now an opportunity to join their team as a Production Admin Assistant.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Production Admin Assistant to join their team. The job scope is as follows:
- Assist Manager / Supervisor / Section Leader in daily line operations.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning documents.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Order (PO) and ensure items purchased are received correctly.
- Arrange and pack product for deliveries.
The Talent
- Min. relevant Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics / Admin or other relevant fields
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience (purchase orders etc.)
- Fresh graduates with relavant internship experience are welcome to apply!
Other Details
- Location: North (accessible by public transport)
- Work Hours: 5 Day Work Week, 8am - 5.30pm
- Transport allowance provided
