Job Description

• Coordinate shipment schedules from our suppliers to our regional offices in SG and JB
• Work closely with our teams to report and follow-up on quality issues with our QC team and suppliers
• Work well with all stake holders (regional offices and suppliers) to facilitate timely furniture procurement to all regions
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Malay speaking is a plus - since most of our suppliers are in Malaysia and Indonesia
• Self-motivated with eye for details, good problem-solving skills is a plus

Skills / Requirements

• Entry level position
• Familiarity of how Letter of Credit works is a plus
• Well versed in Microsoft office; especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Self-motivated with eye for details, good problem-solving skills is a plus
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
