Adecco is partnering with a global beauty brand and they are looking for HR Manager- well-versed in HR operation

Looking for an experienced HR manager experience in the retail industry and is well-versed in regional HR operations

Budget: Up to $78,000/Annual

Salary Budget: $6,500/month


The is a regional HR role for the Asia region with headcount of 200 staff, across APAC region

Job responsibility

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Responsible for full payroll administration process, including but not limited to submission of CPF, the government paid claims, annual income tax declaration, and tax clearance for foreign employees.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, submits quarterly MOM reports, and any other survey reports required.
  • Manage HR policies and procedures that comply with statutory requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, which includes on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Responsible for expatriate relocation and tax matters.
  • Responsible for quarterly employee engagement survey, annual goal setting exercise, performance review exercise, annual increment exercise, annual budget exercise, and renewal of annual group insurance.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities such as townhall, annual staff party, annual health screening, and festive celebrations.
  • To perform any other duties assigned.

Job requirement

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Employment Act & CPF Act.
  • Knowledge of Times Software & Workday is preferred.
  • Hands-on, meticulous & detailed, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to interact well with different levels of personnel.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
