REPORTING TO NCG SUPERVISOR, THE INCUMBENT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM MONITORING OF FLIGHT MOVEMENTS, ULD LOGISTICS, ACTIVATING CONTINGENCY PLANS, RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO NETWORK REQUESTS AND TIMELY UPDATES OF SERVICE INCIDENTS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident report to enhance performance quality.
  • Carry out list of QCC Must-Do’s
  • Provide tracing service for the network and interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
  • Interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
  • Communicate with service provider to get information on flight details.
  • Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements.
  • Handle operational communications with other Gateway and Hubs regarding inbound & outbound operations, adhering to standards and protocols for pre-alert, faxes, e-mails, GEMA and other communications with the DHL network.
  • NCG Agents to monitor and update the following:
  1. Confirm uplift of all outbound movements;
  2. Confirm arrival of all inbound movements;
  3. Confirm recovery of all inbound movements;
  4. Report service incidents 30 minutes delay or more;
  5. Update OURS with incidents on reasons of incident occur, transit time impact and corrective action taken to minimize transit time impact;
  6. Generate Recap reports on network flights movement.
  7. Proactive monitoring of QCC systems
  8. Obtain recovery status of shipment when UAS/Advance QCC Identifies a discrepancy.
  9. Provide instructions to Operations should there be request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change and activation of contingency plan
  • Fully understand and implements the Tracing Global SOP process:
  1. Identify and action exception handling according to procedures
  2. Follow up on shipment issues inclusive of DG handling until resolution
  3. Action on inbound alerts and provide information to the relevant parties.
  4. Timely and accurate response to all requests from Network.


Requirements

  • Basic Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good Communication skills, verbal and written
  • 1 year experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry.
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level
