Responsibilities:
· To review, draft and negotiate sales and purchase contracts to support the company's trading activities
· To monitor corporate compliance with contract and signatory policies, processes and procedures
· To review contract documents to optimize commercial gains and mitigate risks against any legal implications
· To administer contracts and ensure compliance of the same with the company’s administrative procedures
· To ensure that the material, contents, legal, commercial issues and material potential risk are escalated to the relevant teams for approval
· Other related tasks as assigned by the team lead
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 2 years of experience in handling trading contracts
· Able to analyse contract terms and conditions, identify risks and re-draft accordingly
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Logical thinking, meticulous and a fast learner
