- Responsible for learning design and implementation initiatives at the workplace as part of learning culture development.
- Support and manage end-to-end design, development, implementation and change management
- Support OD in the development of the Employee Engagement programmes
- Responsible for learning design and implementation initiatives at the workplace as part of learning culture development.
- Support and manage end-to-end design, development, implementation and change management
- efforts to drive adoption for Modular e-content deployment to all staff.
- Design, development, implementation, change management and release management of new LMS.
- Support in the collection and analysis of evaluation data pertaining to learners’ behaviour e.g. learning preferences for topics, time of learning etc. for decision making impacting learning design.
- Work closely with stakeholders on the creation and maintenance of Learning Pathways/Tracks for staff and implementation of Modular Training Framework.
- Perform market scan and research on learning technologies, emerging adult learning and workplace learning trends and recommend the adoption and contextualization of relevant initiatives to augment organizational learning and development efforts.
- Drive and implement learning initiatives/L&D branding and marketing/campaigning efforts.
- Work closely with the stakeholders to gather feedback at the regular engagement platforms.
- Assist to drive Employee Engagement initiatives and Employee Value.
- Proposition aligned to organisaiton strategies.
- Support OD in the development of the Employee Engagement programmes.
- Develop interventions for follow-through on the Employee Engagement Survey results.
- Support in analysis in the development of the HR strategy to ensure that employee engagement initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic goals.
- Derive and translate the insights gained from different employee engagement platforms and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
- Manage and enhance Staff Recognition Programmes and System.
- Plan annual Service Appreciation Award and Staff Appreciation Day.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum a degree with 3 years experiences in Learning and Organisational Development.
- Possess relevant experience in driving, supporting or managing end-to-end deployment of enterprise-level learning technology applications to support workplace learning and implementing change management processes in staff professional development initiatives.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
